The main belt strap is 30 inches long and 4.5 inches wide increasing to 5.5 inches wide at the front. The gap at the front as shown in the picture is almost 1.5 inches. There are two settings longer and one shorter at intervals of just over one inch. The actual hole spacing is just over 0.5 inches but each setting is 2 holes.
